In Kabukicho, issues around behavior and rules in public space appear as part of everyday life.
Against this urban reality, this product presents a social message not through regulation or warning, but through visual expression using illustration.

As anonymity in cities increases and shared norms become less visible, this product does not impose “caution” or “prohibition.”
By translating these ideas into a familiar, everyday object, it aims to create a moment to reconsider behavior and awareness.

Friendly illustrations are used in the design.
By distancing itself from the preachy tone often found in warning messages, the focus is placed on awareness rather than enforcement.
Behind its light appearance lies a question of public space and urban ethics, reflecting the structure of Kabukicho, where entertainment and regulation coexist.

 歌舞伎町では、公共空間における振る舞いやルールをめぐる問題が、日常の風景として現れています。本プロダクトは、そうした都市の現実を背景に、規制や警告といった直接的な手段ではなく、イラストレーションによる視覚表現を通して、社会的なメッセージを提示する試みです。
 都市の匿名性が高まり、規範が見えにくくなっている現在、このプロダクトは「注意」や「禁止」を押し付けるのではなく、身近なプロダクトという形式に置き換えることで、行動や意識を見直すきっかけをつくることを目的としています。
 表現には親しみやすいイラストを採用しました。
説教的になりがちな注意喚起の文脈から距離を取り、強制ではなく「気づき」を重視したデザインとしています。一見軽やかな表現の奥には、公共性や都市倫理への問いがあり、娯楽と規範が同時に存在する歌舞伎町という都市の構造を映し出しています。
